We offer a variety of Service Plans to bring you peace-of-mind.

Basic Plan

If you have a furnace (warm air system) this plan is for you. Our Basic Plan pretty much covers all the controls, Burner parts, Fuel supply parts and air distribution equipment.  This plan also covers your tank with our Tank-Sure insurance program. Get into the Comfort Zone today. The cost for our Basic plan is $179.00, which includes our annual cleaning and tune up of your heating equipment, a $119.00 value. With this plan you get 24 hour, 365 days per year coverage! Customers are required to be on automatic fuel delivery to be eligible for this plan.

The Preferred Plan

This plan covers everything offered in our Basic Plan plus the many parts associated with a boiler and that come in contact with water. There are 22 additional parts and controls covered under the Preferred Plan.  The cost for our Premium plan is $240.00, which includes our annual cleaning and tune up of your heating equipment, a $119.00 value. With this plan you get 24 hour, 365 days year coverage! Customers are required to be on automatic fuel delivery to be eligible for this plan.

Hot Water Heater Plan

Our HWH plan covers all the burner parts under our Basic Plan and the annual tune-up. The cost for the HWH Plan is $80.00. Customers are required to be on automatic fuel delivery to be eligible for this plan.

Air Conditioning Maintenance

Our Trained HVAC techs will get your Central Air conditioner ready for the dog days of summer.  Rest assured you'll be in the "Comfort Zone" with us looking after your cooling needs. The cost for our AC Plan is $99.00 + tax.

Opting not to jump on one of our plans ... no problem

With our flat rate pricing you won't have any surprises. You pay for our technicians to diagnose any concerns you may have and they will present you with the cost to solve the issue. The one-time diagnostic fee is $55.00 from 8 am to 4 pm and $75.00 after 4 pm.
